Hania Aamir and Fahad Mustafa Bid Farewell to the Journey of “Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum”

The lead actors expressed gratitude to the cast, crew, and fans as the popular show’s final episode approaches.

As all good things must come to an end, so must the beloved drama Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum. Lead actors Hania Aamir and Fahad Mustafa shared emotional posts on Instagram, reflecting on their experiences as the series finale airs tonight.

Hania Aamir, who portrays Sharjeena, shared 20 photos, saying they couldn’t fully capture the wonderful time spent on set, where “every single person gave it their all.” She expressed that she “could not have asked for better professionals to work with.”

“What a journey it has been. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone involved in this project. It was a privilege to work with some of the best!”

Aamir extended her gratitude to the “lovely cast members” she didn’t have pictures with, mentioning that they, too, held a special place in her heart.

She ended her post by thanking her fans. “To everyone who watched, appreciated, and binged our work, I love you! Thank you for the time you dedicated to making content for us! Thank you for supporting us week after week! Your love means everything to me.”

As she bid farewell to her “beautiful journey,” she expressed her hope that fans would enjoy the final episode and thanked them for their kindness and support.

The sweetest touch? She signed off as “See you soon. Love, Sharjeena.” This heartfelt sign-off left fans emotional and anxious for the finale.

Meanwhile, Fahad Mustafa, who plays Sharjeena’s husband, Mustafa, also shared a lengthy tribute, expressing gratitude to fans for their unwavering support.

“The love you’ve shown for me and this project has truly moved me. Your messages, posts, and words of encouragement have meant more than I can say. Witnessing your reactions has made me feel like I’ve been on this thrilling journey with you. It’s an experience I’ll always cherish.”

He added that portraying Mustafa was one of the “most fulfilling, challenging, and rewarding” roles he’s taken on, and the audience’s connection to the story and character made “everything worthwhile.”

“Your energy, enthusiasm, and love have kept me going through the highs and lows. I’m honestly at a loss for words.”

After returning to television with Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum after nine years, Mustafa expressed appreciation to the entire cast and crew, the production team, writer, and director, recognizing them for creating magic behind the scenes.

“Every person on this team poured their passion, talent, and heart into this show, and it’s visible in every scene. This experience is unforgettable, and I am forever grateful.”

As the final episode approaches and this chapter closes, Mustafa assured fans that he would carry “every moment, every laugh, and every lesson” with him. He concluded by saying, “You’ve all become such an important part of my life. So, this isn’t goodbye… it’s just a ‘see you soon’.”

In case you missed it, Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum stars Hania Aamir and Fahad Mustafa — who plays Mustafa — and explores a romance of convenience. It follows the story of Sharjeena, devastated after her fiancé, Adeel (played by Emmad Irfani), calls off their engagement when his affluent boss, Rubab (Naeema Butt), proposes to him. Determined to protect her family from social embarrassment, Sharjeena proposes to Mustafa, Adeel’s younger, unemployed, and easygoing brother.

What begins as a practical arrangement gradually turns into a blossoming romance amid doubts, personality differences, heartbreak, and financial hardships. The romance between Sharjeena and Mustafa has captured the hearts of Pakistani social media users, with fans eagerly rooting for the lead couple.

Now, as the finale nears, fans in Pakistan and beyond are anxious about the ending, hoping for a happy resolution despite the health issues and conflicts between Sharjeena and Mustafa.

One thing is certain: we’ll be tuning in for the final episode, though we’re not ready to say goodbye to Sharjeena and Mustafa. With both actors signing off with a “see you soon,” fans are left hopeful for a potential second season. Fingers crossed!
